Please note as these are a customised item there will be no returns or refunds for change of mind. 

Only items that were created incorrectly or damaged by us will be considered for a return. And this will be discussed with the customer at the time.

If there is a defect in a product that must be returned to us for quality assurance checks within 14 days of purchase.
